  • •At the end of each year, we compile your entries into a printed photo book
  • •Service includes digital storage, book design, and one annual printed book

2. Subscription and Payment

  • •Monthly subscription fee covers weekly prompts and one annual printed book
  • •Payment is processed securely through Stripe
  • •You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • •Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • •Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis

3. Your Content

  • •You retain ownership of all photos and text you upload
  • •You grant LittlePages permission to use your content to provide our service
  • •This includes creating your photo book and storing your data
  • •We will never use your content for marketing without explicit permission

4. User Responsibilities

  • •You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • •You must provide accurate information
  • •You agree not to upload illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content
  • •You must respect intellectual property rights

5. Book Production and Delivery

  • •Books are produced after 52 weeks of entries
  • •Production typically takes 2-4 weeks
  • •Shipping time varies by location
  • •We will notify you when your book is ready for review and when it ships

6. Limitation of Liability

  • •LittlePages is provided "as is" without warranties
  • •We are not liable for data loss (though we take extensive precautions)
  • •Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months

7. Changes to Terms

  • •We may update these terms from time to time
  • •We will notify you of significant changes
  • •Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of new terms
